Is there a problem with the TWAIN plug-in for CS5 Photoshop used to access an Epson Perfection 3490 scanner, running Photoshop in 32 bit mode? I've installed the latest plug-in from Adobe. The scanner works fine with Apple Image Capture but when I use File/Import in Photoshop, it's not seeing the TWAIN plugin or my scanner.

Seems to me that you might want to contact Adobe about the issue you're seeing.
